Yay I'm back!
I almost forgot that I have a blog...
This year, I'm aiming to get healthy again. Before I flew solo, now I'm trying to get help from other people through My Fitness Pal.
This site is very helpful in keeping track of your daily calorie intake. The list of foods in their database is large and so far accurate! You can customize the time of day you took your food and it will tell you how much calories per period, as well as give you the summary per day.
Aside from that, it has its own online community, so that you can add friends and motivate each other :)
I'll be tracking my daily intake in this site from now on. Hope you can too and add me up!
